In the shower, lather with warm water and massage over each armpit for 20-30 seconds to properly cleanse the skin from odor-causing bacteria. You can use the bar directly on the skin or the suds. After showering, follow with Sustain Yourself Deodorant Cream.

Can also be used for hands and body. Lather over hands or body with warm water and rinse. If using as body wash, follow with a moisturizer.
